Delete your comfort365 account
You can delete your account and personal details at any time.
In the app
- Open the comfort365 app and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Without the app
Send a request from your registered mobile number. We'll confirm it and delete your account within 7 days.

What is deleted
- Your sign-in account, name and mobile number
- Your name, number, address and problem details on your bookings
- Any reviews you wrote, and your saved addresses and RO details in the app
What we keep
We keep the service, date, price and bill for past bookings for our business and tax records. These no longer show who you are.
Active bookings are cancelled. If you have an active RO AMC plan, please call us first.
