Who we are
comfort365 provides RO water purifier service in Gurugram, from G-232, G Block, Sushant Shopping Arcade, Sushant Lok 1, Sector 43, Gurugram, Haryana 122009.
What we collect
- Your name and mobile number
- Your address or society, and the date and time you choose
- Your service request, RO brand and problem details
- Booking history, bills, ratings and reviews
- Your internet address and sign-in records, used to keep sign-in secure
We don't use your location, contacts, camera or photos, and we don't show advertising in the app.
How we use it
- To sign you in with a one-time code
- To arrange, carry out and bill your service
- To contact you about your booking or plan, and remind you when service is due
- To keep the service secure and prevent misuse
- To keep the records the law requires
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share it only with services that help us run comfort365, and with our technicians for the jobs they carry out:
- Supabase, which hosts our database and sign-in. Our database is in Mumbai.
- Message Central, which sends one-time codes by SMS
- Google, whose Sheets our team uses to manage bookings
- Cloudflare, which hosts our website
- WhatsApp, when you choose to contact us there
We may also share data if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while you have an account. After you delete your account, we keep only what we need for business and tax records, without your name, number or address. Our service providers may hold technical logs for a limited time.
Your choices
- You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct it.
- You can delete your account in the app, or follow these steps.
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
